Reginleif (智龍(レギンレイヴ), Reginreivu) is one of the three Rulers of the Dragonia. She is the only female among the three, and the only surviving member as of now. Not much is known about her, since she and her followers tend to avoid conflict during The Great War. The White Dragon Liechengerte was one of her followers.

She is possibly the Agent Plenipotentiary now, since Hartyleif and Aranleif died before the establishment of the Ten Covenants. The author confirmed this in his tweet by 9/8/2017.

Appearance

Reginleif is a gigantic white dragon, so large that her shadow caused 『 』's party to mistaken it as nightfall.

Personality

As one who maintains the balance of the world, Reginleif does not tolerate radical actions that would topple the power balance. She would do everything she could to restore order, not particularly siding with any authority.
