Maximiliam Tidedecker is the "Chairmen of the Emergency Committee on the Disappearance of Important Figures Due to Inexplicable, Inevitable Field." His goal, along with the Emergency Committee Council members, were to try and regain King Sora and Queen Shiro with Operation: "Lance of the Heavens" to destroy the Old Deus wall surrounding the Royal Bathhouse. Despite his appearance, he is not nobility, nor a government official of any kind. He is actually a tangerine farmer.

Maximiliam Tidedecker has a 1560-1569 styled Italian doublet fastened by overhanging buttons and gold etched about the lower collar. Containing an overcoat that of 17th century British inspiration, mixed with possibly a Spanish black jerkin. Most of his dressings contain solid coloring. He contains a upper-lip mustache that extends about halfway across his face, with slicked back hair and a scar on his leftmost eye. What caused the scar is unknown.
Personality[]
Constantly making references to "battle" and "war", he is a dramatic man whom often gets lost in his own words. He will often commend Stephanie Dola on her battle strategy to destroy the Elkian Royal Castle in order to "save" Kuhaku. He is overly ambitious and charismatic, but still highly clueless as to whats really going on. He loves gambling, specifically Shogi variants, will often fond over young girls, but is seen as harmless at both and anything else. Stephanie Dola remarks him as "an old man who acts like a little boy" on several occasions.
