Ivan Zell (イワン・ツェル, iwan tseru) is the father of Nonna Zell and was killed upon Riku Dola and his battalion finding out the dwarves secret facility. He is skilled in territory surveillance and has a keen mind in situations that require decisions to be made in an instant. He was killed by a Demonia and did so by Riku's command in order to save the colony. He had previously lost an arm due to the Black Ash. He entrusted his daughter and the future of the colony upon Riku as a goodbye. He was given a statue within the newly formed Elkia square. Little else is known about him.
