Insein Nebia (インザイン・ネビア, Inzain Nebia), also known as the Fog of Death (死の霧, Shi no Kiri) is a Phantasma found in Practical War Game. It has all the powers that typically come with a Phantasma. Befitting its name, it is akin to a sentient fog that could freely control its size, all the way from a single drop of water to a deadly fog that devours a large area.
During the Great War, a Dwarven fleet lured him to the northern Elven territory Helluin, intended to have him destroy the Elven defenses. However, the Elves anticipated this move and prepared their countermeasures. This resulted in the Dwarven fleet's destruction and the capture of Insein Nebia itself. Its core was then used to develop the first prototype of Aka Si Anse.
