Hartyleif the Final (終龍(しゅうりゅう)ハーティレイヴ, Shūryū Hātireivu) was one of the three Rulers of Dragonia despite him not having any followers.

As the oldest Dragonia, he was called "the strongest to be born" and revered to be on par with Artosh the God of War, only to perish at the hand of the latter some time after Azril was born. His words to the God of War inspired Artosh to create Jibril.
