Dora is the in-game-name of an anime-only character. He appears in the first episode of the anime as a member of Night Opera and speaks with Queen about his suspicions of Kuhaku being cheaters.
Dora is credited as Warrior (戦士) in the credits of episode 1, but his name is identified as Dora in the following scene below.
