Commonwealth of Elkia

The Commonwealth of Elkia (エルキア連邦, Erukia renpō) is a commonwealth/federation consisting of several races of the Ixseed that have lost or drawn in games with the Immanity. These races, however, self-rule their respected territories. Its capital is Elkia City. While Sora and Shiro are the representative rulers of both Immanity and Werebeast, Miko is allowed for self-rule for the Werebeast. Due to Miko having an Old Deus in her body, it's possible the infusion of the two races does not apply to it. It's currently unknown if this means Miko can bet her race piece if the situation arises. Both the Flügel and the Ex-Machina are not under the rule of Sora and Shiro, but they will follow their orders as allies.

Although not explicitly stated, it can be assumed that Hardenfell also became a member / ally after Veig Drauvnir's defeat by the end of Volume 10.
