Greetings fellow Imanity! This is the first time ever that I'm actually contributing to a wiki, as I was merely crunching through the words. It all begins with an urge to correct and add info on a few incomplete articles, but now it feels really fun to contribute, making the whole wiki experience better than ever. It feels really fulfilling to see traces of my own effort in an article!

So..... I've been trying to learn Japanese for a while, but due to a personal 'handicap' with learning languages and comprehending them it's been quite difficult.
After 3 years of struggling with that problem, I discovered that the same problem was occurring in some parts of my family.
But if there's one thing I won't do, it's giving up on something I want to learn.
So here's my new approach, learning trough reading.
I usually don't read any books because of the same 'handicap', but I've been wanting to get into reading for a while now, that's why I've decided to try and improve in both at the same time.

So little update: No Game No Life is now on netflix! With this coming to fruition, they are also releasing new photo's of possible figures! Have a look and let me know your thoughts (and if anyone would like to stay updated!)!!!!!!!

Season 1 Coming Soon!
Just a reminder that Season 1 will be coming out on Netflix on Febuary 1st! This means that both the movie and anime will be on the same platform for netflix users. If you have hulu or crunchyroll, than you already have benefitted from this. But now, a new game starts for netflix users!

What do the chess pieces on disboard represent? I know they need to gather all races and challenge tet, does that mean they would be playing a big chess game, as disboard the board for the chess game? I didnt quite catch on

I remember watching No Game No Life as it aired and enjoyed it greatly, it is one of the few animes I've watched more than once. I will admit I haven't read any of the visual novels though, despite a friend of mine constantly sharing some fun screenshots from them with me.
NGNL Zero Premium Box Set - International & Japanese Differences
Hello everyone! This is my first blog post on this wiki, and I am indeed doing this for the badge (´∀｀). I wanted to address the several differences between the Japanese release of the No Game No Life Zero Premium Box Set and the American/International release coming this August.
To begin, the Japanese release goes for about $101.99 on CDJapan as of now (I am not sure what it had originally went for). Included in the Box Set were many exclusive items of which some are not included (from what I know) in the soon to come English release.

Character naming debate
For those unaware, there has been some debate whether the wiki should use the current or official names in regards to Schwi/Shuvi (and to a lesser extent, Think/Shinku). Some notable threads can be found here and a recent one here. Basically, some users believe the wiki should use the 'official' names (Schwi) while others prefer to use the older names (Shuvi). Since the wiki is not just one person, I figured I'll make a poll here to see what everyone thinks.
But first, here's my opinion/rant.

So i recently went to Kamiya's twitter looking for more info about Light Novel Volume 10 , Light Novel Volume 7 , and what both the No Game No Life Film Concert 's plan was, as well as the answers he gives to questions reguarding his series. He said that volume 7 will be postponed and that it is not his fault, but didnt give any names. He simply said he had no control over the translation and publication of the LN in the americas with only a few exceptions. He implies that its the publisher to blame, but never actually says it. Volume 10 will indeed include the Dwarf race, and we will soon learn more about them and their home country Hardenfell. I’m not sure who else is going to update the Volume 10 page, but this is just an update on what’s going to happen with me. I have pre-ordered Volume 10 and intend to read it and update it on the wiki. It will take a few weeks to get here (as volume 9 for me took a few weeks) and I will need possibly another week or less to read it. To what degree do you all want to be spoiled, and left not spoiled? Do you want the basic elements of the plot spoiled, but not in great detail? Do you want a description of the characters? How detailed a description? If you’re also going to read Volume 10 and update the wiki, please let me know what you plan to do and we can coordinate something that won’t confuse or anger anyone. Hey, guys! I just want to ask something. Why is it so hard to move on? What I mean is not lovelife, I mean is it so hard to move on from Sora and Shiro? Everytime I see them, my feels always come back. Like something's possessing me, hahaha. I even bought two pens, notebooks, mags, and pillows that has their pictures or names in it. Even my room's full of their posters! Is this still normal? Coz my friends always call me crazy whenever I hear their names. My heart always beats fast whenever I see them. Even my books are also full of their printed pictures! I really can't control myself though, is just that I really admire their closeness, their teamwork. What can you say, guys?

How I found No Game No Life
How I found the series of No Game No Life, the year was 2014 I was still very new to anime and was trying to find something new and came across No Game No Life around 2 in the morning while sleeping over at my Aunts place. If I remember correctly it was nearing the end of the series on Crunchyroll 11/12 episodes were realesed and the 12th being released the day of (or a few afer I can't remember)

I found it interesting how "one of the girls" used the "Equally distributed objects" to make "one of her stats" exceed "a certain value" in order to have "some other person" do things that would now be "permitted by a certain group of people that don't even matter here".

My View
Personaly I thought that No Game No Life was awesome but the dubed version not so much the voices did not suit the characters, besides all that i hope thats there will be more sessions till the series is probley finished.

baka tsuki announced that No Game No Life novel have already been licensed and its first volume will be publish by the time of April 2015.
Note that previously there're already information saying the series'manga adaption is licensed too and would release before the end of year 2014.

What do you think the unseen Exceed races look like?
So far the only Exceed in No Game No Life we've seen are the Imanity, Seiren, Warbeast, Dhampir, Exmachina, Elf, Flugel, Dragonia and Phantasma. So I got to wondering what some people think the other Exceed may look like and I decided I'd make a blog to ask that very question,

Official Naming of Characters and such
According to a pen to be released by NGNL official, http://ngnl.jp/images/pic-goods-ballpoint_pen.png , Name of characters would be Sora, Shiro, Steph(Stephanie), Jibril, Chlammy, Fiel, Izuna. Both Feel and Fiel will be coexust for a while. And while it use the name Teto, we'd still stick to use Tet for now. see Terminology List that's currently building bby our wiki for more info.
